By using iRegalo you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.
iRegalo is a digital gift card and mobile load marketplace. We facilitate the purchase and delivery of digital products from third-party brands. iRegalo acts as a reseller and is not the issuer of gift cards.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You must be 18 years or older to use this service.
All prices are displayed in your local currency. Payment is processed securely via Stripe, PayMongo, or GCash/Maya. Orders are confirmed only after payment is successfully verified. iRegalo reserves the right to cancel orders suspected of fraud.
Gift card codes and mobile load are delivered electronically. Delivery is typically instant after payment confirmation. iRegalo is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or network outages.
Digital products are generally non-refundable once delivered. See the Refunds section for full details. For defective or undelivered codes, contact support within 24 hours of purchase.
You may not use iRegalo to purchase gift cards for resale, fraudulent purposes, or money laundering. Accounts found in violation will be suspended and reported to relevant authorities.
The iRegalo Wallet is a prepaid balance for use on the iRegalo platform only. Wallet balances are non-transferable and non-redeemable for cash. iRegalo reserves the right to expire inactive wallet balances after 24 months.
iRegalo is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific transaction in dispute.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of iRegalo after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email.

We collect your name, email address, phone number, and payment information when you register and make purchases. We also collect usage data such as pages visited and products viewed to improve our service.
Your information is used to process orders, deliver digital products, send order confirmations, and provide customer support. We may send promotional emails which you can unsubscribe from at any time.
We never store your full card number. All card payments are processed by Stripe, which is PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant. GCash and Maya payments use their own secure authentication systems.
We share your order details with gift card issuers (Zendit/IDT) solely to fulfill your purchase. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We may share data with law enforcement when legally required.
We use session cookies for login and cart functionality, and analytics cookies to understand site usage. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though some features may not work correctly.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting support@iregalo.ph. We will respond within 30 days.
Our policy on returns and refunds for digital products
Once a gift card code has been issued or mobile load has been sent, it cannot be refunded or reversed. This applies regardless of whether the code has been redeemed.
You may be eligible for a replacement code or refund if: (1) your code was never delivered due to a technical error; (2) the code you received is invalid or already used; (3) you were charged but never received a confirmation. Contact us within 24 hours of purchase with your order number.
Once mobile load has been sent to a number, it cannot be reversed. If you entered the wrong number, contact us immediately β if the load hasn't been processed yet we may be able to correct it.
Wallet top-ups are non-refundable. Your wallet balance remains available until used and does not expire for 24 months from last activity.
