Yes, a free account is required to purchase. It only takes 60 seconds to sign up — we just need your name, email, and a password. No subscription or monthly fees.

You can order from anywhere in the world. Our payment system accepts international credit cards and supports global transactions. Recipients must be in the Philippines.

Yes. We use industry-standard SSL encryption, and payments are processed by Stripe (global) and PayMongo (Philippines) — the same payment providers used by major e-commerce platforms. We never store your card details.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, and other major credit/debit cards via Stripe. For Philippine-based customers, we also support GCash, Maya, and other local payment methods via PayMongo.

No hidden fees. The price you see is the price you pay. Some international card transactions may incur a small foreign transaction fee from your bank — that is charged by your bank, not by us.

Yes! You can top up your iRegalo wallet and use that balance to pay for orders. This is the fastest checkout method once your wallet is funded.

All prices are displayed in Philippine Pesos (₱). Your card will be charged in USD or PHP depending on your location and payment method. Your bank handles the conversion.

Gift card codes are non-refundable once delivered, as they are redeemable immediately. If there is an issue with your order (code not delivered, wrong denomination, etc.), please contact our support team within 24 hours and we will make it right.

Most gift cards are delivered instantly after payment confirmation — usually within seconds. In rare cases of verification delays, delivery can take up to 15 minutes. You will receive an email confirmation with the code.

The code is shown on your order confirmation page immediately after payment, and also sent to your registered email address. You can also view all your codes in your Dashboard under "Recent Orders".

First, check your spam/junk folder. If you still don't see it after 15 minutes, log into your dashboard and check your order status. You can also contact our support at support@iregalo.ph and we'll resend it promptly.

Currently, codes are delivered to the purchaser's email and dashboard. You can then share the code with your recipient via text, chat, or email. We are working on direct recipient delivery as a future feature.

After signing up, we send a verification email to your registered address. Click the link in the email to activate your account. If you don't see it, check spam or use the "Resend Verification" option on the login page.

2FA adds an extra layer of security to your account. When enabled, you'll receive a 6-digit code by email every time you sign in. Even if someone gets your password, they can't access your account without that code. You can enable it in your Dashboard.

Click "Forgot Password?" on the login page, enter your email address, and we'll send you a secure reset link. The link expires in 1 hour. If you don't receive it, check your spam folder.

To change your email, please contact support@iregalo.ph from your current registered email. We will verify your identity and update it for you.

We support all major Philippine networks: Globe, Smart, TNT (Talk N Text), Touch Mobile (TM), DITO Telecommunity, and more. Simply select your network when adding mobile load to your cart.

Mobile load is processed in real-time and typically arrives within 1–5 minutes. During peak hours, it may take up to 15 minutes. If it hasn't arrived after 30 minutes, please contact our support.

Yes — you can send load to any active Philippine mobile number. Just enter the recipient's 11-digit number (e.g., 09171234567) during checkout.

Minimum load amounts start at ₱15 depending on the network. Maximum amounts vary by network, typically up to ₱1,000 per transaction. For larger amounts, you may place multiple orders.
